Lesson Times
and Payments |
- A half hour private lesson will be held at the same time and day
each week.
- Lessons are by appointment only.
- Tuition is $100.00 per month (whether there are 4 or 5 lessons).
- Tuition is due the 1st lesson of the month.
- During months with holidays (including a 5 week month), if you receive
4 lessons you will be charged the regular monthly fee. Holidays will
not be made up. When there are less than 4 lessons you will be charged
the single lesson fee ($25.00) for lessons during that month.

| Student Absences |
- One make up lesson a month will be offered if you call your teacher
by 3:30pm the day of your lesson.
- Make-ups must be scheduled within 30 days.
- If a make-up is missed, no other will be offered and no refund will
be given.
- Notice of planned vacations should be given by the 1st of the month.

Termination
of Lessons |
- As a courtesy to your teacher, we request one week notice if you
decide to terminate your lessons.
- Payment will not be reimbursed If lessons are terminated before
the end of the month.

Student
Obligation |
- It is the responsibility of the student to arrive at the lesson
on time with their instrument and needed materials.
- Please notify your teacher of any health problems and whom to notify
in case of an emergency.

| Bad Weather |
- Students will be contacted by email if their lesson is cancelled
due to inclement weather.
- Please call if you have any questions with regards to lessons being
cancelled.

| Holidays |
- Our lesson schedule does not follow your school calendar.
- Private lessons will not be held on Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's
Eve, New Year's Day.
